As a Product Manager, you will strategically shape our product and take ownership from vision through continuous development. You will work closely with your manager to translate market, customer, and business requirements into a clear product vision and roadmap. Together with engineering, design, and stakeholders, you will drive the continuous evolution of our platform and make data- and user-driven product decisions. In this role, you will create digital solutions that sustainably advance the SIMStation simulation platform.

This Is Your New Mission

Shape the Product Vision

You continuously develop, communicate, and refine the product vision together with your manager.

Drive the Product Roadmap

You execute the product strategy and take ownership of maintaining and prioritizing the product roadmap.

Understand Customer and Market Needs

You identify customer and market needs through user interviews, usage analytics, feedback evaluation, and competitive research.

Analyze Markets and Competition

You analyze market and competitive landscapes in the fields of simulation, AV technology, and healthcare.

Translate Requirements into Solutions

You translate user problems and business requirements into clear functional requirements and hand them over in a structured way to the Product Owner for operational implementation.

Evaluate New Product Ideas

You assess product ideas in terms of strategic fit, market potential, and business model viability.

Collaborate Across Teams

You work closely with Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure strong market and customer proximity.

Facilitate Product-Level Decisions

You moderate decision-making processes on product level and actively involve relevant stakeholders.

Consider Compliance and Data Governance

You take compliance requirements and data governance aspects into account throughout product development.

And This Is What You Bring

At least 2 years of experience in a comparable Product Management role.
Experience in defining and prioritizing a product roadmap based on market, user, and business insights.
Ability to strategically evaluate product ideas and make well-founded decisions.
Strong awareness of (clinical) workflows, different user groups, and real-world use cases.
Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. data protection and quality requirements).
Experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements in a structured manner, as well as working with project management tools (e.g. Jira).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, combined with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills with a clear customer- and value-oriented mindset.
High level of ownership, accountability, and decision-making capability.
Nice to have: Experience with simulation solutions and healthcare training scenarios.

  • Position type: Full-time (40 hrs); flexiblel working hours
  • For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 55,000 – depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary
  • There is also the possibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your working time.
