Currently, we are looking for an IT Network Engineer who enjoys connecting people, processes, and technology in the context of AV systems for medical simulation environments. If you are passionate about translating complex technical requirements into structured, scalable project setups and want to eliminate friction between Sales, Project Management, Engineering, and customer IT – this role is for you.
Active IT planning and system architecture design for each project, defining infrastructure, network integration, hardware setup, and configuration baselines.
Serve as the key technical liaison between Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Staging, and Support teams.
Identify technical risks, deviations from standards, and custom requirements early in the pre-project phase.
Define and communicate system requirements, network prerequisites, and technical dependencies to customer IT teams.
Ensure all configurations and integrations are technically clarified and aligned before staging begins.
Prepare or validate system diagrams, network topologies, and hardware overviews.
Support Project Managers during implementation and act as escalation point for complex technical topics.
Ensure smooth technical handover to staging and support teams.

Define, document, and maintain system standards, integration guidelines, and network requirements.
Build and maintain structured, accessible technical documentation for staging and support teams.
Reduce unnecessary customization by promoting standardized, scalable system setups.
Contribute to building a standardized, reusable technical framework across projects.
Strengthen technical governance and ensure long-term system scalability.
