Your Tasks

  • Ensure every product is accurately picked and packaged, ready for shipment.
  • Receive incoming goods, inspect them thoroughly, and record them immediately in our ERP system.
  • Treat inventory not as a chore, but as an opportunity to improve workflows and increase transparency.
  • Maintain our digital master data with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything stays organized.
  • Work closely with our operational teams to keep the supply chain moving – reliably, efficiently, and collaboratively.
  • Order materials proactively and according to demand, making sure production never stops but runs smoothly at all times.

And This Is What You Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and materials management, as well as hands-on work with an ERP system
  • Completed training in warehouse logistics, supply chain management, or a commercial apprenticeship
  • A self-driven, well-organized, and precise working style
  • Strong team spirit, resilience, and a service-oriented mindset
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Confident use of standard MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems

Based on a 40-hour workweek, with a willingness to overpay. Standard working hours – no early or late shifts.
