Your Tasks
- Ensure every product is accurately picked and packaged, ready for shipment.
- Receive incoming goods, inspect them thoroughly, and record them immediately in our ERP system.
- Treat inventory not as a chore, but as an opportunity to improve workflows and increase transparency.
- Maintain our digital master data with a keen eye for detail, ensuring everything stays organized.
- Work closely with our operational teams to keep the supply chain moving – reliably, efficiently, and collaboratively.
And This Is What You Bring
- You already have some initial experience in warehouse or logistics operations, or you are motivated to acquire the necessary skills.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with great attention to detail.
- Even under pressure, you stay organized, enjoy working in a team, and always keep a service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- You are comfortable using MS Office, and digital tools such as ERP systems, Jira, or Confluence are not new to you.

- Location: Vienna
- Position Type: 10–20 hrs per week
- Regular working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (no early or late shifts) – always upon agreement
- Start date: As soon as possible
