Currently, we're seeking support for our team in the areas of event management. We're looking for someone with a strong organizational talent and an eye for detail; someone responsible for the planning and execution of B2B events, bringing a fresh perspective to our marketing efforts. This is Your Mission

  • Planning, Execution, and Management of B2B Events – Make them unforgettable! You're in charge when it comes to our B2B events, working hand in hand with the sales team.
  • Supplier Management: You gather quotes, compare them, and coordinate collaboration with external service providers.
  • Rocking Communication: You're the hub for internal and external communication surrounding the events. You ensure everyone is informed and there are no communication bottlenecks.
  • Analyzing & Optimizing: You evaluate our events and bring in fresh ideas to make them even better. You always keep an eye on the budget and the timeline.
  • Be prepared to occasionally explore the world – up to 10% travel readiness is required.

 

What You Bring

  • Completed education in the field of event management
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • Excellent German and English language skills (C1–C2)

Based on 40 hrs/week. The exact salary depends on your experience and qualifications.
