This Is Your New Mission

  • You will take full responsibility for managing our entire internal IT infrastructure – from clients and networks to our cloud environment.
  • As the first point of contact for the IT Service Desk, you will support our colleagues in Austria and the USA with daily technical assistance.
  • You will also handle the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Jira Cloud, and other tools, including configurations, permissions, and integrations.
  • IT security is more than just a password for you – you think in terms of secure access, MFA, SSO, and clearly defined permissions.
  • Together with our Data & Process Automation Manager, you will turn ideas into reality and keep processes running – smart, efficient, and well thought out.

And This Is What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in a generalist IT administration role
  • Understanding of ITIL or service management
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365/Azure AD
  • Solid experience with Jira (Cloud/DC) and other cloud tools from an admin perspective
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python or JavaScript) are a plus – as is the willingness to learn them
  • Structured, self-driven work style with a strong sense of ownership
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Excellent command of English
