Your Tasks

  • You take full ownership of the planning, execution, and coordination of projects – from initiation through to successful completion.
  • You coordinate communication and alignment between customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • You create and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project goals, milestones, and scope.
  • You coordinate and facilitate project meetings and are responsible for their preparation and follow-up.
  • You prepare regular project status reports and communicate risks, challenges, and potential solutions in a transparent manner.
  • You actively contribute to collecting and evaluating feedback from customers, external partners, and internal teams, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them under the guidance of your supervisor.
  • You support the coordination and management of the installation of audio, video, software, and network systems.
  • You contribute to compliance with quality, safety, and construction standards as well as contractual requirements, and maintain project and final documentation.

And This Is What You Bring

  • A completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or a HAK/HTL qualification.
  • Initial professional experience in project management (ideally in AV or simulation solutions), or strong motivation to acquire the necessary skills with us, including IPMA certification.
  • Basic knowledge of common office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint); initial experience with project management tools is an advantage.
  • A strong hands-on mentality, high willingness to learn, and motivation for professional and personal development.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • A high level of responsibility and initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional project-related appointments at customer sites.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.

Based on a 40-hour work week, with competitive overpayment depending on qualifications. Remote work options of up to 20% are available.
