As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Europe and global markets. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and tender management to closing, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. This is a senior sales role focused on generating results and expanding SIMStation’s global presence.

This Is Your New Mission
- New Business Development: You identify and acquire new customers – approx. 70% in Europe, 30% worldwide – and execute targeted sales initiatives to expand SIMStation’s global reach
- Sales Cycle & Customer Relations: You manage the full sales process from first contact to deal closure, while maintaining and growing strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Consulting & Deal-Making: You provide tailored product consultations, prepare quotations, and lead contract negotiations
- Collaboration & Strategy: You work closely with Customer Success Management and contribute to pricing, sales tactics, and go-to-market strategies
- Brand Representation: You represent SIMStation at international trade shows, conferences, and product demos
- CRM & Feedback: You manage your pipeline and reporting in HubSpot – and feed customer insights back into product and service development
- Willingness to Travel: You’re open to regular travel within and outside Europe, excluding GAS and the Americas (approx. 30%)
And This Is What You Bring
- A background in business, sales, or marketing – whether through a degree or relevant professional experience
- A proven track record in international B2B sales – ideally in tech-savvy fields like audiovisuals, simulation, or related industries
- Experience navigating public procurement processes, tenders, and RFPs with confidence and structure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with cultural sensitivity and the ability to build trust across international markets
- Fluency in English – German or other languages are a definite bonus
- You’re at home in digital sales environments and know your way around CRM systems (we use HubSpot)
- A self-starter mindset: proactive, goal-oriented, and driven to take ownership from day one
- Willingness to travel internationally and represent SIMStation with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Medical background or strong interest in the healthcare field (e.g., paramedic or other relevant industry experience), combined with solid technical understanding
- A valid driver’s license (because sometimes a flight doesn’t get you all the way there)
