We are currently looking for a motivated addition to our team in the area of Support & Staging. In this role, you will serve as a key technical contact, commissioning systems remotely or on-site and ensuring their reliable operation. You’ll take ownership, solve technical challenges independently, and proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our products. Interested? Your Tasks
- You independently solve technical challenges via remote access to systems around the globe.
- You provide 2nd-level support to our customers – competent, friendly, and solution-oriented.
- You take ownership of support tickets, maintain oversight, and ensure every request is properly tracked and resolved.
- You commission our systems at our Vienna headquarters, thoroughly test them, and occasionally support customers on-site internationally (global travel required).
- You document technical issues clearly and comprehensively.
- You actively contribute your ideas and help us continuously improve our products and processes.
- You participate in on-call support rotations.
And This Is What You Bring
- You have completed formal training in IT (e.g., HTL or higher education in a related field).
- You bring 2–3 years of experience in IT and ideally have hands-on experience working with AV systems.
- You are proficient in Windows 10/11 and ideally have experience with Windows Server environments.
- You have solid knowledge of network administration.
- You work in a service- and customer-oriented manner and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations.
- You enjoy tackling technical challenges and finding smart solutions to every problem.
- You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- You value teamwork, actively contribute your ideas, and collaborate closely with our colleagues in Dallas (USA).
