IT Support Engineer (m|f|d)
Your Tasks
- You independently solve problems on systems via remote access worldwide
- 2nd level support via e-mail and phone
- Ticket handling and tracking
- You will commission SIMStation products at the company site in Vienna and check them – occasionally also at customer sites (10 % willingness to travel internationally)
- Problem cases are documented independently by you
- You actively contribute to the improvement and development of the software

Your Skills
- Completed education in the field of IT (HTL or similar)
- You have a high service and customer orientation
- Good IT knowledge in the field of Windows 10/11/Server
- Knowledge in the field of network administration
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in IT and AV systems (nice to have)
- You work proactively and enjoy acting independently
- Solution-oriented thinking and creating is part of your nature
- You appreciate working in a team
- Excellent written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English, other foreign languages are an advantage
The General Conditions
- 40 hours/week. On the basis of full-time employment, we offer you a gross annual salary of € 35,000. An overpayment is possible depending on professional experience and qualifications.

- Competent consulting and individual support of our customers in the clinical and preclinical area
- Preparation of offers as well as sales-related support of order processing
- Presentation of our systems to potential customers and at international trade fairs and congresses
Your Skills
- Completed technical or business education
- Excellent communication skills, very good English, and German
- Professional experience in the field of nursing, medicine or rescue is an advantage; ideally experience in the field of simulation training
- Enthusiastic personality, hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel (10 %, international), driver's license B
